Bobcat loaders are engineered to produce consistent hydraulic horsepower when performing multiple functions. For example, when you dig into a pile, you’re usually pushing, lifting and tilting all at the same time. Bobcat loaders intelligently deliver the right amount of power to each component.

Bobcat Standard Controls remain the most popular style for loaders. Control the drive functions with dual steering levers. Manage the loader lift and tilt with dual foot pedals.

Advanced control system offers a choice of two control styles in one machine. By pressing a switch, you can use traditional Bobcat Standard Controls or “H” pattern hand controls. In H-Pattern mode, manage the left-side drive and lift functions with the left joystick. Control the right-side drive, tilt functions, and auxiliary hydraulics with the right joystick controls.

Bobcat Selectable Joystick Controls (SJC) are becoming the most popular control choice among operators. No other joysticks in the industry comes close to delivering the level of customization and control you'll find with SJC. Our system lets you control your loader and attachments easily and comfortably. They’re loaded with many Bobcat-exclusive features.

Automatic ride control reduces material spillage, allowing you to travel at faster speeds across rough terrain. Thanks to its dampening effect, the option also increases operator comfort by offering a smoother ride.

With two lift path options, Bobcat® skid-steer loaders have you covered. Vertical lift path machines provide more reach at full lift height, while radius lift path models offer maximum reach at truck bed height. The durable and patented single-plane design reduces side-to-side lift arm movement and minimizes load on the pins.

Lift arms on Bobcat® loaders keep every pin at each pivot point within the same plane. Additionally, the pins are supported on both sides vs. just one side (cantilever design) that you'll see in other machines. The result is that Bobcat loader lift arms have less lateral deflection (side-to-side lift arm movement) and reduced load on the pins themselves. It results in less wear and prevents unwanted spillage of material. Additionally hoses are routed through the loader arms and frame uprights to minimize potential snag points.

When not carrying a load, Bobcat® skid-steer loaders offer a weight distribution of 70 percent in the rear and 30 percent in the front delivers balanced, easy turning for ideal performance. It offers effective turning and skidding, reduced fuel consumption and power requirements, increased drive train and tire life, and less wear and tear compared to “flat-footed” machines sold by other manufacturers.

Deluxe Instrumentation brings upgraded communication, monitoring, productivity and control to your Bobcat® skid-steer loader or compact track loader. It monitors key loader functions, communicates alerts and provides additional attachment information to track usage.

The 2-Speed travel option boosts your top travel speed by as much as 57 percent. Reduce your travel time across jobsites, limit the need to load and unload your machine on a trailer, and shorten your long-haul tasks.

Cooling on Bobcat® loaders features the exclusive SmartFAN that only turns as fast as needed. The patented design cools more efficiently, while the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler are protected from jobsite hazards. Additionally, Bobcat offers an optional automatic reversing fan which clears debris from the radiator screen while you’re working in dirty environments.

Easily install the radio remote control receiver, control mode selector/e-stop box, and other components to any remote-control-ready Bobcat loader. After installing the kit, you can simply operate many loader functions using the transmitter, including the drive, lift, tilt and auxiliary hydraulic functions.

Hoses are routed through the loader arms and frame uprights, away from snag points. Quick couplers are protected by a solid welded guard and mounted directly into the front plate of the lift arm.

Endless roller, high-strength oval chains (HSOC) feature tight manufacturing tolerances, thick side-link plates and hardened pins. The chains are 38% stronger than other manufacturers’ chains.

Most other skid-steer loaders have flat bottoms. When conditions turn wet and muddy, they can easily sink, spin and struggle. With the industry-exclusive keel-shaped undercarriage, Bobcat® skid-steer loaders perform better and reduce your chances of getting stuck.

Just like a boat, the keel-shaped undercarriage on skid-steer loaders is the lowest point at the center of the machine. That means it can easily pass over most obstructions and easily shed debris, much like the way a boat slices its way through water.

Adjustable seats on our skid-steer loaders and compact track loaders set new standards for comfort. No matter your height, it’s easy to find a comfortable operating position with multiple adjustment points. With the optional air ride seat, you’ll experience maximum suspension comfort. It adjusts to your weight, helping you smooth out the bumps on your jobsite.

Find the perfect position by moving your seat backward or forward through multiple adjustment points. On models with Selectable Joystick Control (SJC), you can independently adjust your seat from your controls, giving you endless possibilities for comfort. And, while you’re operating, the controls move with the seat. As the suspension seat shifts up and down, the joysticks move with the seat, reducing arm during operation.

You’ll experience smoother arm movements with lift cylinder cushioning. It eliminates the need for manual arm slowing and reduces harsh movements. For you, that means less vibration, quieter operation and increased comfort.

Lift cylinder cushioning works by slowing down the force of the loader’s lift arms before they reach the arm stops. The cushioning feature is entirely automatic.
